Nic Christy – 

With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing within the environmental sector, I specialize in developing and running sales teams, launching new events, expanding existing ones, and developing innovative sponsorship packages. I’ve also pioneered new print and digital media opportunities to complement and align with ongoing events.

Throughout my career, I’ve played a pivotal role in globalizing North American brands and events, significantly increasing the presence of non-domestic exhibitors and attendees. My previous roles include working with prestigious organizations such as the Water Environment Federation and PennWell.

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about playing golf, travelling, and am an avid reader with a love for consuming books.

Vickie Bobo – 

With over 25 years of experience in sales and association management, I have worked across diverse sectors, including water, healthcare, and education. My expertise spans marketing, client relations, and customer service, with a strong focus on advertising, membership, exhibits, and sponsorships.

I’ve had the privilege of working with notable companies such as the Water Environment Federation, Naylor Association Solutions, and IBM, where I’ve helped drive growth and build lasting relationships.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travelling, hiking to explore waterfalls, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Cari McBride – 

With nearly 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the association world, I have played a pivotal role in driving brand growth and forging impactful client partnerships. I specialize in working with clients to elevate their brands on a global scale through innovative advertising and sponsorship packages.  With a customer-centric mindset, I take pride in understanding each client's unique challenges and goals, and I work tirelessly to tailor solutions that help them thrive. I am passionate about ensuring that every client feels the difference in working with someone who is truly dedicated to their success.

Outside of my professional life, I am a mom to two adorable boys, an avid tennis player, and a Mahjong fanatic.

Suzanne Shutty –

With over 30 years of experience in non-profit association marketing and sales, I have developed expertise in customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales. I excel at understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. 

I have worked for associations such as the Water Environment Federation, the Health Industry Distributors Association, the American Psychiatric Association, and the US Navy Memorial Museum. Additionally, I have worked in technology sales for Wallingford Software, MWH Soft, and MarketArt. 

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my partner, dog, friends, and family.  I have a passion for health and wellness and hold a master's degree in wellness coaching. I recharge by spending time outdoors, whether exploring new lands, hiking mountains, or relaxing on a beach.
